The French International Program Association (FIPA), a not-for-profit corporation, was established in March of 1986 to act as a liaison between the Miami-Dade County Public Schools and the French government.  The Association achieves its purpose by assisting and advising the administrators, teachers, parents and students of the Program at each of the schools.

Become a member today and help us promote the study and use of the French language and develops awareness and appreciation of the French culture, history and customs.

Volunteer Information

FIPA needs the support of all our parents.  Some of you have become either new or renewing members this year and have indicated on the form how you are interested in helping out.  We much appreciate your support.  Ways in which we need your help are:

FIPA Video Club:
Can you give one hour a week to redistribute videos to students in the club at a particular grade level?

FIPA Gala:
Do you own a business or can you help secure items for our Gala’s silent auction or help with set-up/take down on that weekend? Our Gala will be November 17, 2007.

FIPA Newsletter
We would like to have a newsletter if only 2 or 3 issues in the year.

FIPA Student Exchange:
We need a team to help on this project.

FIPA Galettes (January), Chandeleur (February), Carnations (February)...
We need volunteers for these and other events.  If you are available during the school day and can help with these or other events, please let us know.
